  1. Sorry Lucas I forgot to give you my numbers Monday morning. Here they are: 100 Burpees = 14:43, flexibility = 4″, Frannie = 8:47, L-Sit = 22 sec., 1 mile run = 10:08 w/ dog, Juggling = 1 sec., and Crossfit Total = BS – 210, DL – 295, and OP – 95.
