  1. New to CrossFit Latham. Clearly in the Masters category but at age 64 enjoying the challenges for improving my strength and conditioning. Being healthy is important at any age. On Friday January 25th I did the OH Squat with 65 lbs max. for three reps. My goal was to do more than my age….Success! Looking for more challenges at Latham CrossFit in the future. Thank you Lucas.
